Artist statement
Art, like languages and mathematics, is the ultimate medium for human expression. It allows us to filter our experiences through emotions, imagination, and thoughts, then to share this perspective with the world. My art combines real-world elements with imagination, creating dreamy and surreal pieces. My process starts with a mental vision, which I translate into a reference photograph serving as a rough guideline.
I use a limited oil palette, mixing vibrant colors, and paint with dynamic and expressive, but also deliberate and calm, brushstrokes.
I aim to go beyond what a camera can capture and communicate, tell stories, and inspire others in a unique way.
Art, to me, is a means of connection. While deeply personal and uniquely individual, it still springs from a shared source.
